CIRCULATION (Lending service)

It is one of the popular services. Book borrowing facility is through this service. And it is in three types.

General: This facility is as per predefined privileges.

Overnight issue: Books which are in much demand, less number of copies and costly books will be issued to the user at the time closure
of the Library with instruction to return at the time opening of the library in next working day.

On campus issue : To overcome the accommodation problem we introduced on campus issue facility in which a book can be borrowed
and returned the same day. These two types of facilities are in addition to the general borrowing facility.

• Books will be issued on the presentation of the Bar-coded user ID.
• No. of books are issued as per their privileges.
• Reservation and renewal facility is available.
• On every occasion of borrowing user has to present user ID.
• User has to sign on issue slip against the accession number issued.
• ID need not be produced at the time of return.
• User has to get confirmed the return process
