SEMESTER SYSTEM
Semester system has been introduced in the colegesince the acquisition of the autonomous status. In each every semester, two internal assessment tests will be conducted and the marks of the better of the two tests will be taken into consideration for awarding. Each degree course has been divided into VI semesters with eight papers and with a plan of two semesters in an academic year.
The end examination will be held at the end of each semester and the results will be published in 30 days from the date of completion of examinations.. Students can apply for revaluations if they are not satisfied with the marks they have secured.
The maximum marks in theory paper in each subject in each paper are 40 and for internal assessment 10. The student has to get a minimum of 18 marks out of 50 (40+10) to pass each paper and minimum pass marks for each paper in the theory subject in the end exam is 14.
